Sodium

Sodium is a ligament, gland and blood builder.

It is found and needed most in the digestive system. It maintains youth, aids digestion and intestinal flora, halts fermentation, counteracts acidosis, purifies the blood, forms saliva, bile, and pancreatic juices. Tendon flexibility requires high sodium foods.
